At SleepPadsPro, we stand behind the quality of our sleeping bag and pad accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Returns Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day return period. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) including all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange the product and specifying your desired replacement.
