Should you need to return an item, our process is straightforward and customer-focused.

Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) using reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Repair Kits once they have been opened or used. All other products (Blankets, Cushions, Sleeping Pads, Travel Blankets, Travel Cushions) are eligible for return if unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package and ship to:

    We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above, clearly stating that you wish to exchange the product and specifying your desired replacement.
