We ship globally excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please note:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Standard shipping (£12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free shipping (orders over £50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country

While we make every effort to deliver within estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Our returns policy includes:

• Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used Repair Kits
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
